Pilots and partnerships
Start with one place. Finish one useful job.
Bring the work your team needs help with. We will define the sources, the responsible people and a result both sides can evaluate.
Give each connection
a job to do.
Inspect the proposed role of each input. A new device needs a defined interface, a permission boundary and a way to report failure.
Current evidence and future connections are shown separately.
A proposed
eight-week pilot.
Subject to site agreement, approved source access and a defined scope. The schedule is a proposal, not a confirmed booking.
Weeks 1–2 · Prepare the place.
Agree the accountable lead, permitted data, privacy, sources, zones and instructions. Establish the current process and ordinary activity before introducing a change.
Weeks 3–6 · Evaluate with the team.
Observe without physical actuation first, then exercise agreed supervised workflows. Include benign activity, misses, source failures and recovery. Keep staff review attached to each result.
Weeks 7–8 · Decide from the record.
Review usefulness, workload, errors, compute and installation effort. Deliver the findings and unresolved limits; agree whether to revise, stop or define a paid deployment.
Agree the work before connecting the site.
The site supplies a responsible lead, approved source access, operating instructions and time for staff review. Aspinos proposes setup, a defined workflow, protected records, support and an evaluation report.
Agree the scope, costs, data rights, retention and success criteria together. Site introductions and footage access are still prospective; no commissioned pilot or guaranteed outcome is implied.
Build a connection we can evaluate together.
Bring a device interface, an agent proposal or an evaluation method. Start with one task and the evidence needed to show that the connection works.
Hardware and operational systems
Choose a supported signal or proposed action, then test its permissions, delivery, failure and recovery. Hardware and investor conversations are prospective; a contact is not a partnership or commitment.
Prepare an integration outline ↗Agents and research
Existing staged contracts limit observations and retain proposals. Outside-agent execution remains development work. Research can start with approved examples, reviewed labels and a held-out evaluation for one responsibility.

Mobile systems remain a development direction. This image is a concept.
Fund the next proof, then the next site.
The operating system for AI agents that act in physical places.
The shared demonstration runs Aspinos’s case, task and authority software. Investment would support approved pilot data, evaluated model adaptations, useful retrieval across time and repeatable site setup.
Over the next three to five years, our ambition is to support more site responsibilities, evaluated agent contributions and future physical systems. These depend on pilot evidence and supported interfaces; they are not today’s feature list.
Aspinos Physical AI is a proposed venture. Beonbrand Inc. in Ontario, Canada is the current applicant company. Commercial and ownership arrangements must be established before commitments are made.
