How aspinos.com handles personal information

This notice explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do. Last updated 11 October 2026.

Who we are

Aspinos is a product in development by Beonbrand Inc., a company in Ontario, Canada. Aspinos is not yet a separate company. Beonbrand Inc. decides how the information described here is used. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@beonbrand.ca.

When you send an enquiry

Nothing is sent until you choose Send enquiry. Choosing it transfers your name, reply email, organisation, conversation type and reviewed request to Netlify Forms for the Aspinos team at Beonbrand Inc., and a notification reaches our business mailbox.

Saving a draft on your device is optional, and preparing, copying or downloading it does not submit it to Aspinos. Opening an email draft lets you review it in your own email application before you choose to send it. A confirmation after sending means the form service received the request. It does not establish that a person has read it or agreed to anything.

When you browse

The public website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images come from our own site, and the films from media.aspinos.com. Like every website, our hosting and delivery providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

What stays on your device

A draft you choose to save, a caption choice for the films and a few display preferences are kept in your browser's storage. They are not sent to us. You can remove them with your browser's site data controls.

The demonstration

The passphrase-protected demonstration runs inside your browser. Its organisations, people and records are fictional. What you do there is processed in your browser's memory and is not sent to us, and it is gone when the browser stops the page. The demonstration keeps its sign-in session in that memory too. We do not store the passphrase.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply and to discuss your request. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use enquiries to train AI models. Where the law asks for a legal basis, ours is taking the steps you asked for and our legitimate interest in answering you.

Who receives it

These providers may process information in Canada, the United States and other countries where they operate.

How long we keep it

We delete submissions from the form service within 90 days of receiving them. We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of an agreement.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to hello@beonbrand.ca and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to the data protection authority where you live.

Please do not send

Footage, passwords, details of a site's security arrangements, or information about pupils or other people who have not agreed to it. If you send it anyway, we delete what we do not need to reply.

How Aspinos treats people on camera

This part is about the product, not this website. No facial recognition, no biometric identification and no demographic inference: the product records that a person is present, not who they are. Consequential actions, such as locking a door or calling emergency services, need the authority of a named person at the site, given at the time or in a standing authorisation that the record names.

The record shows who changed what. It records changes, not readings: there is no log of who opened or read a record. Access logging is not built, so we do not claim it.

A pilot happens only under a written agreement that sets out what is recorded, how long it is kept and who may see it.
