Terms for using aspinos.com

These terms apply to aspinos.com and the Aspinos demonstration. Last updated 11 October 2026.

Who runs this site

aspinos.com is operated by Beonbrand Inc., a company in Ontario, Canada. Aspinos is a product in development and is not yet a separate company. Contact: hello@beonbrand.ca.

What the site is

The site explains a product in development. Scenes on this site are illustrations, and the demonstration uses fictional organisations, people and records. Nothing here is an offer of a service or creates an agreement. A pilot or deployment happens only under a separate written agreement.

Not for safety decisions

Do not rely on this site or the demonstration for safety, security or emergency decisions. They are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Beonbrand Inc. is not liable for any loss that arises from using them.

The demonstration

The demonstration runs inside your browser. What you change there stays in your browser and is not shared with other visitors. A passphrase is given to a named person; please do not share it.

Fair use

Please do not try to get around the site's protections, guess a demonstration passphrase you were not given, overload the site or its film delivery, copy the site in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that harms the site or other visitors.

Content and names

The text, design, software and films on this site belong to Beonbrand Inc. or are used with permission or under their licences, with attribution where a licence requires it. You may link to the site and quote short passages with credit. NVIDIA and NVIDIA Inception are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation. Other names belong to their owners.

Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy notice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not remove any protection that the law of your own country gives you.
